Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Oscillator Devices – Uwe Halmich (hereinafter Oscillator Devices) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Uwe Halmich, Heilbronner Str. 17, 75038 Oberderdingen, Germany.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order. By clicking the button [Buy now] you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable EU consumer protection laws. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
This statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the European Union. Consumers residing outside the European Union are not entitled to this statutory EU right of withdrawal, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages are final prices plus shipping costs. Included taxes depend on the country chosen in the shopping cart, checkout page or page header.
The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For international shipments outside of the EU, additional VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees may be imposed by the destination country. Such charges are beyond our control, are not included in our prices, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payment can be made either in advance or with electronic payment providers (e.g. PayPal)
If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Warranty
Oscillator Devices warrants all products against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of a product, and only valid when the product is purchased directly from Oscillator Devices or an authorized dealer.
This warranty shall not apply to any goods that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer or authorized service center.
Limits of Liability
In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement. Oscillator Devices will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Oscillator Devices be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Oscillator Devices disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.
Minimum Order Value for United Kingdom
Consignments of goods with a value of £135 or less that are outside the UK and sold directly to customers (not through an online marketplace) in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) will have UK supply VAT charged at the point of sale.

To avoid registration with the HRMC and the associated paperwork, there is a minimum order value for UK customers of 169€ (well above 135£). There is no minimum order value at our Reverb store.

Alternative Dispute Resolution in accordance with Art. 14 (1) ODR-VO and § 36 VSBG
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
