These sockets are ideally suited as MIDI TRS sockets, as they are isolated from the enclosure, which is absolutely necessary in order to comply with the MIDI standard.
These are regular 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack sockets. These are the ones that come with the Imp-SPST and Imp-THRU.
At the moment there is an unclear delivery situation. Because of that these sockets are only available soldered on Imps.
